Courier Newsroom is a digital-first, progressive media company building local newsrooms in states across the U.S. The company believes that by investing in the work of local journalists across the country, it can positively impact civic participation and build a healthier democracy from the ground up

As a Political Content Producer, I was responsible for covering national and local politics, politicians and elections in Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Wisconsin, Florida, North Carolina, Nevada, New Hampshire, Texas, and Virginia. I also wrote about a wide range of topics such as education, abortion, LGBTQ rights, infrastructure, gun reform and more on a national level.
